Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by Template Foundation. For all questions about privacy and your data, contact hello@templatefoundation.com.

2. What this website does not do

• no cookies and no local storage for tracking
• no analytics or marketing tools, no tracking pixels
• no third-party embeds; all fonts are served from this server
• no accounts, sign-up or newsletter form

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Linevast on servers in Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested file, referrer URL and browser user agent. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable. It is not combined with other data and is deleted after 7 days.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Linevast processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union.

4. Downloads

The ZIP files are delivered as ordinary files. Apart from the server log entry, no data is collected when you download a kit.

5. Contacting us by email

If you email us — for example to report an issue, suggest a kit or ask to be notified about new kits — we use your email address and message only to answer you or to send the requested notification (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe from notifications at any time by email; your data is then deleted.

6. No sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. This also applies under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Residents of US states with privacy laws have comparable rights to know, correct and delete their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@templatefoundation.com.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
